My name is Hugh Kilmartin. Over the last 18 years I have become extremely familiar with the Eclipse Software Distribution Software, as a user.  In 1993 I performed a comprehensive evaluation of all the available software packages and chose Eclipse for a multi-branch electrical supply company. I supervised the installation of that system, and oversaw all areas of that system for 11 years.
